Many individuals do not believe that they can become addicted to the drugs and substances they use. Substance abuse can lead to dependence and addiction. Different levels of substance exposure can cause addiction that the body and mind start to depend on to function. Some issues may also develop and affect vital areas of life, such as health, social, family, financial, and safety of self and others.
Hence, we bring a variety of services that treat the psychological, behavioral, and social issues that may contribute to substance use. We understand the importance of having local resources and supports for our adolescents experiencing substance use challenges.

Substance Use Assessment
Whether you are referred, court-ordered, or choosing to begin substance abuse treatment, your road to recovery starts with meeting with our Addiction Counselor. At your initial appointment, you will have to give all information about your drug health and social history. This information will allow us to determine the most appropriate plan for your specific case.
Addiction Counseling
Individual counseling is an important, supportive form of treatment. Addiction counseling is appropriate for clients with immediate problems stemming from substance abuse disorders, and we provide efforts to achieve and maintain abstinence.
Recovery Groups
Several groups during the course of treatment provide psycho-educational, skills development, and interpersonal supports. Recovery groups provide a supportive environment for clients to learn about substance dependence and its consequences. These groups stimulate discussion related to personal experiences, fostering emotional and behavioral change.
Psycho-educational Groups
Family and friends educating themselves about addiction and becoming involved in the process of recovery build a strong support system. Our services provide programming that includes one-on-one sessions, groups, and individualized supports.
Substance Abuse Case Management
For some, substance treatment is an unknown experience. Working closely with our Behavioral Health Team, our case managers ensure to address and meet our clients’ needs. Providing therapeutic service connections, advocacy, and being a beacon in rough times, our clients receive necessary supports to abandon destructive behavior patterns and guidance to positive recovery outcomes.
